Susan Repetto, ARM, CIC

Risk Management; President, RMIS

With over 25 years of industry experience, Susan is an accomplished, results-oriented Enterprise Risk Management professional. She possesses a keen understanding of business priorities, with exceptional talent at analyzing strategic, operational, financial and hazard risk business challenges, then providing alternative risk solutions. Susan has experience in a wide variety of industries, including Healthcare, PEO’s, Technology, Private Equity, Contractors, Manufacturing, Transportation and Retail.

This experience includes designing customized programs for clients in all areas, such as Management Liability, Loss Sensitive programs, Layered Property programs, Captives and other Alternative Risk Financing programs. Susan leads our Risk Management Consulting discipline, where she provides Property & Casualty Insurance program analysis, Merger & Acquisition due diligence, and Contract analysis. She had significant roles at national brokerage firms as the lead technical expert.

Susan is a native of Tampa Bay and attended University of Florida, majoring in Physics & Mathematics. Current & past community organization memberships include, Association for Corporate Growth, MOSI’s Technology Committee, Nat’l Advisory Board, and CIRQLE of Friends. Past public speaking engagements include PriceWaterhouseCooper’s annual Technology forum, Wachovia’s M&A seminar and Employment Practices seminar, CFO and CIO functions, and Technology Risk Management continuing education instructor.

Susan is a portrait artist and occasional star-gazer, and enjoys riding motorcycles around the Bay area.


 

Teri L. Morrow, CEBS, RHU, REBC

Teri has over twenty-five years of employee benefit consulting experience. Formerly, she was a Worldwide Partner with the world’s largest employee benefits consulting firm for fifteen years. As an industry leader, Teri managed operations and business development on a local and regional basis, overseeing business planning, budgeting, staffing, and quality initiatives.

Teri provides companies of all sizes and complexities with consulting and brokerage services in the areas of managed health care, absence management, compensation and retirement. She specialized in cost control strategies, customized employee communications, and compliance.

She attended the University of South Florida, College of Business Administration. Teri holds her Registered Health Underwriter and Registered Employee Benefit Consultant designations from American College. She also holds her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.

Teri is a frequent guest speaker at local and regional business symposiums such as, Risk and Insurance Management Society, Society of Human Resource Management, Public Risk Management Association, Florida Public Personnel Association, Florida Hospital association and many others. She also holds Board of Director positions for Easter Seals of Florida and the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
